Ordered this at a local Mexican joint to put in a Michelada, decided to give it a try on its own first. Typical pale yellow lager look with very little aroma and almost no flavor. Picked up some citrus notes or maybe I just imagined them thinking at the very least it would need a lemon to make it somewhat more appealing. I would not drink on its own unless cornered, beaten, or otherwise forced. Wolfenstein (96), Sarasota, Florida, USA

Taste was clean and very faint. Finished smooth. Great for the Mexican food and a long night. Not something you would break out for good friends. sdatgc (6), USA does not count | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 8, 2005 i love this stuff... it’s corona but with less suck.. so for what it is it’s a 3... compared to a good stout though it’s not worht much... but that’s not the point... it’s gott a nice pale golden color, with fruity notes upon tasting... these beers always taste better on the beach for some reason.. so grab a lime and unfold ur beach chair... and enjoy one of these Papsoe (15109), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 6/20 | Oct 17, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Pilsenergolden with a small, creamy head. Very weak note of malt in the aroma. Incredibly thin-bodied and watery with no real flavour of malt. Bitterness is close to absent. 141005 harrisoni (6946), Ashford, Kent, England

Even when buying this beer I new that it would give me no pleasure, but I had to do it. It poured the predictable yellow gold colour, obviously no different to what you see through the clear bottle. The aroma was positively disgusting. Smelt like malty vomit, essentially lager-like. The flavour, in slight contrast, wasn’t anywhere near as bad, but quite bland and not really appealling. After disccovering the thin body and corn-chip aftertaste all that was left to do was tip the remainder down the drain - my first drain pour after 117 ratings (the 118th proved to be as well!!). In drinking this I could feel the headache coming on already. The wife summed it up best - "donkey’s piss". Magicdave6 (5558), London, Greater London, England

Quite expensive though like almost £2 a bottle, so up the road with your mexican lagers! biz82 (1328), austin, Texas, USA
