When I was in Puerto Vallarta, this was the beer that had the largest presence. My guess is that it was prominantly featured because it’s cheap. The taste is very similar to a crappy Bud Light, but with more fizz. Think laundry or dish soap detergent. If you make it commonplace to consume those, than this is your beer. Otherwise, I think the overall rating in the 3rd precentile is just about right for this sub-par Mexican brew. beaconstreet (811), Washington DC, USA

Very nice. Clear bottle, looks cheap, but no screw cap? Interesting. I actually liked this beer, and can see it complimenting fish, Mexican (of course), and even pork really well. A good table beer. Do we call beers like this that? Nekronos (2265), Xalapa, Mexico

There’s nothing nasty, but that’s because there’s not much of anything. Poor poor poor! Cornfield (4954), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA

| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 5/20 | Sep 12, 2004 Pale yellow colour, artificial aroma and taste. I mean frankly obnoxious taste. I understand why a slice of lemon is recommended, it’s the only way to make it drinkable. Just a bad, bad beer. ogivlado (3088), Zagreb, Croatia
