Thanks TimE for opening this. Orange amber color. Frothy white head. Huge head despite being cold. Wheaty, yeasty hefe aroma. Muted hops. Easy to drink. Very good.

Cloudy, slightly clovey, moderately phenolic, fairly yeasty and not really balanced. Just didn’t grove on this one.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy dark yellow, small head. Sweaty fruity nose. Medium sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Dominated by spun sugar and ripe banana. Decent weizen.

Draught @ Brauerei-Gasthof Sonne Josef Herbst, Ebermannstadt, Oberfranken/Bayern, Germany. Hazy medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light to heavy yeasty, light banana, moderate gum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (230308)

Huge creamy head, hazy yellow color with suspended solids and intensive carbonation. Cider and geuze like aromas, sourly with citrus notes. Sourly flavor, some orange and clove notes and again a unclean cider componente. Sour, turned, and three months before best-before date. Pooh!

An unclear orange beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of wheat, and the body is a bit thin.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hay, honey golden with a very tall and frothy head. Aroma of fruit and yeast. Medium-bodied with some light banana notes and an edge of yeast. Dry finish. A decent Hefe. 210906
