This one asked for another tasting. It was very unique for a West Coast micro. Dark copper and fine three-minute foam this one is already in a different space. It had a curious sour aroma with malty caramel hues. The taste on the tongue was slightly spicy, bitter, some malt in the crisp finish. Another interesting thing about it was its low carbonation. It’s got imagination.
