Lingering finish that isn’t harsh. Good. Bockyhorsey (2552), Mesa, Arizona, USA

Amber body with white head and lacing that left a blanket of lacing on the glass. Good citrus flavor. Smooth on the palate. An enjoyable beer. ricardowess (25), Sedona, Arizona, USA

OK hops - not overboard. Well balanced APA with no aftertaste. Much better than expected. Cornfield (4972), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA

Pours a deep golden color with a thick white head that hangs around for most of the drink. Nice tart citric hop aroma that carries into the flavor. The carbonation adds to a "fun" mouth-feel, bitter with a mild malt flavor. Dry, crisp, tart finish.

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 29, 2004 Big thanks to squidget for this one! Medium gold, creamy head, nice to look at. Bracing grapefruit nose. Initially this beer is all grapefruit, almost piercing in its purity. As it warms, biscuit malts emerge, followed by a gentler grapefruit flavor. Enjoyable lingering bitterness. Not your everyday run of the mill APA. Well done. TChrome (1302), Bedford, Texas, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 1, 2004 Amber colored beer with an off white head that is modestly retained. Aroma is freshly hoppy with some malt balance. Shaply citric, acidic hoppiness. Different from the usual west coast hop brew. Bone dry finish. Nice pale. haddon90 (1036), Alexandria, Virginia, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | May 26, 2004 Cloudy copper color with a frothy white head. Slight hops in the aroma, but nothing too dominant. Bitter, dry hops in the taste. Kind of different. Nothing jumped out at me about this beer. It’s OK, but thanks Jeremy (jgb9348) for bringing this to me.
