Commercial Description:
A superb example of an American Pale Ale. The Cascade hop flavor just explodes in your mouth. Combined with the clean malt character and smooth finish, you are left utterly wanting another when your glass is empty.

Medium orange gold color. Medium head. Aroma is malts, floral and grapefruit. A medium bodied pale ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are grapefruity. Well balanced. Really fruity for a pale ale, but its balanced by some fairly aggressive grapefruity hops. All in all, a nice taste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Aftertaste is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Clear light amber, small off-white head. Aroma is mild grapefruit, some sweetness and malt. Mild grapefruit, ok malts, not much else. Pretty accessible, pleasant enough.

Another excellent beer from this establishment. Normally, brewpub pales are boring and unoriginal. It looked very nice in the glass....amber-orange with an average sized head. had the usual suspects of a pale, but it came together very well, leading to a citric, dry finish.

A light amber color. Good hop nose and taste, with a slight citris in both. A very good pale ale. Very drinkable. Re-rate. Cask conditioned version. Still very good!!!

Citrusy hop aroma. Pale amber color, poor head retention. Sweet malt up front in the flavor, followed by citrusy hops, and a crisp, evenly balanced finish. A very refreshing and well-balanced APA.

Not a bad pale. Citrusy nose. Clean palate. Noticeable grapefruit flavor at the end.

Had this on tap at the J.W. Marriot’s Meritage Steakhouse in Phoenix. Nose of detergent, citrus and spruce. This brew is a sparkling honey amber. The white frothy head is mostly lasting with good lacing. The flavor starts sweet and malty. The finish is slighty acidic and moderately bitter, nice complexity and balance. The light to medium body is dry and lively and feels astringent at the finish.
