Opened to a loud and audible pop and proceeded to pur with a huge sized white head. Settled down to a mdeium yellow color. Aromas of vanilla, some citrus, and if I stretched it, some lighter chocolate. Tastes follow suit. This one was just kinda thin and all around boring. I dont know if that fancy bottle lead me to expect something more, but I was somewhat dissapointed. GeneralGao (3071), Iowa City, Iowa, USA

Interesting aroma of subdued chocolate and funk. Light bodied with mild acidity and moderate carbonation. Strange melange of flavors including wet stone, chocolate, cream, and butter. Not my bag. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 27, 2008 Pours to a clear pale yellow straw colored body with a medium, frothy white head. The aroma shows white chocolate, light roasted cocoa beans, light sweet pale malt. Taste shows a dry white chocolate, light burnt cocoa beans, hints of vanilla and sweet sugar. I’m surprised by how nicely the white chocolate flavor comes through in the flavor - not at all overwhelmed by any hops or malt flavors. Light bodied, crisp carbonation, finishes with some extended white chocolate and dry cocoa notes. Very nice; would go well as a desert beer. Homer321 (127), Rockledge, Florida, USA

How: Bottle 1L, sent my way as a bonus(!) by hellbilly. Thanks a lot Joshua
The look: Cloudy golden-yellow body topped by a large white head with low retention
In long: Intriguing and almost offsetting nose of band-aid, herbs and vanilla beans. Surprisingly little white chocolate on the nose although very present in the taste. Taste starts with some weird fluffy yeasty notes, almost funky, hard to describe. Then a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, some band-aid. Rather grassy. Medium acidity coming out of nowhere. After-taste surprised me with lots of white chocolate going down my throat. Fluffy body, tickling carbonation. I actually liked that weird beer. I don’t think I would had liked it if there was more beers like this but this one takes many extra points for originality. With all those black chocolate stouts it’s about time someone does a white chocolate one. White power!!! hopscotch (5525), Vero Beach, Florida, USA

Lightly acidic, buttery nose provides additional notations of white chocolate and vanilla. Light to medium-bodied with lazy carbonation. The flavor offers a nice tart snap to go along with notes of vanilla, cocoa butter and white chocolate. Tart, tangy finish. Bottle courtesy of Beerlando!
