The bottle was gorgeous by the way. If you are into that kinda thing! Flavor was sweet tarts, sour apples, and lemons. I was very hard pressed to find ANY chocolate here. Not a fan of the sour type beers, however, this would be a good intro. GodOfThunder (874), Orlando, Florida, USA

Slightly cloudy, orange-tinged yellow color. Full of lemons with just a hint of chocolate flavor. Lots of bubbly carbonation round out this tasty brew. Beerlando (2334), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 21, 2008 1 liter cobalt blue swingtop bottle, graciously gifted to me by FlacoAlto. Pours a hazy golden straw color with a foamy, off-white head. Soapy sheets of lacing mostly rejoin the body. The aroma is unlike any that I’ve ever encountered before. The base shows like a Belgian Wit, lightly grainy with a slightly sour, lemony presence. From there, it turns biscuity, with notes of cookie dough and a distinct white chocolate glaze. The flavor follows that same path, dry and crisp from the wheat base, with a touch of tart citrus and lightly sweet biscuity notes. Light on palate, with a fizzy carbonation, this could easily be an enjoyable summertime session brew. Very interesting beer. It didn’t wow me, but I’m glad to have tried something so different. daknole (2941), Plantation, Florida, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 20, 2008 Very interesting beer. Cloudy gold color with a small white head. Aroma is a bit funky with certain smells of white chocolate and yeast. Flavor might have a hint of white chocolate but not a lot. Some yeast and tart flavors are there...pretty creamy mouthfeel. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Oct 17, 2008 22oz bottle: Just got this in the new bottle format from these guys... being a native Arizonan helps the score, root for the local guys... this is a really easy drinker... once the carbonation settles, the aromas of the sweetened white chocolate abound... the appearance is clear golden creaminess with a mild head... the flavor is white chocolate with some underlying fruit esters... the palate is light, but not watery it is full with flavor... this is a unique brew, you may not want it all the time, but I see it having its place for dessert with some friends. Definately worth trying!!! pineypower (1096), Pine Barrens, New Jersey, USA

Pours out a hazy straw color with a small to medium white head. Aroma is of some white chocolate, yeast and some strange tartness. Taste is very interesting, chocolate/sour...very strange, citrus and some yeasty vinous notes. I give it an A for creativity, but it was strange. dmac (1466), Toms River, New Jersey, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 13, 2008 1 liter swing top bottle shared with pineypower, thanks Dean. Ok I sampled this before at BCTC 2008 and swore it must have been a different beer because I got zero white choclate in the aroma and flavor. Well this sample showed me that it was in fact the same beer but at least this time I was able to smell/taste some white chocolate. The base beer beer on this was a very odd choice, a light golden ale with a slight sour backbone. This lead to aromas and flavors of white chocolate, lemons, and sourness. Combinbing chocolate and peanut butter = awesomeness, combinbing white chocolate and sour = fail.
