Pours to a clear pale yellow straw colored body with a medium, frothy white head. The aroma shows white chocolate, light roasted cocoa beans, light sweet pale malt. Taste shows a dry white chocolate, light burnt cocoa beans, hints of vanilla and sweet sugar. I’m surprised by how nicely the white chocolate flavor comes through in the flavor - not at all overwhelmed by any hops or malt flavors. Light bodied, crisp carbonation, finishes with some extended white chocolate and dry cocoa notes. Very nice; would go well as a desert beer.

Reviewed 9/12/2009 (bottle): Pours a golden orangish colored body, with a big white head, quickly diminishing. Spicy aroma, some orange citrus. Sweet spices strongly present, a little hoppy. Not too strong overall an aroma. Carbonated taste, smooth, strong chocolate taste. White chocolate. Refreshing. Interesting combo of white chocolate and not stout.

Poured straw yellow with giant white head. Nose is littered with cocoa. Taste is bizarre, not bad, but weird, body is just too thin for what tastes like silky white chocolate. Had this been a stout it might have been really good.

22oz bottle. Poured a mostly clear medium golden yellow with an off white head that left some spotty lacing. Never has a beer with white chocolate, very interesting. Nose hold some cocoa powder, some faint spices. Flavor reminds me of the white chocolate covered raisins with out the raisins........

Bottle courtesy of rustychiles. Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Smells of perfume, grass, hay, some white chocolate. Tastes of perfumy funk, white chocolate, bananas, dry malt, spice, a touch of citrus. Interesting.

Sampled at Made in the Shade 2009. Pours a golden color. Definite white chocolate aroma. Taste is nice and sweet, lots of chocolate character without the bitterness from high cacao content. Mixed well with their root beer (tasted like tootsie rolls). Definite favorite with the ladies. A little sweet for my taste.

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Aroma and flavor of bitter fruits and citrus and a bit watery. not a bad beer but I expected alot more and whoever says they taste white chocolate is nuts. I’ll keep the bottle though...almost the best part of the package.

hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is sour citrus and chocolate. Flavor is skunky, more citrus, a touch of chocolate, and a bit of pickle brine. Mehhhhh
