Jul 9, 2007 On tap at Pinnacle Peak Patio, it pours a nice deep amber color but with little to no head. Good flavor of mild hops, malts and even caramel but far from original. That’s not to say it was bad, far from it, it just didn’t blow my mind. Nice, somewhat bitter finish.

Jan 5, 2006 On cask at brewery: Though I’m not a huge fan of the style, this is one of the best ambers I’ve ever had: nice caramel character without being too sweet; earthy malt notes, balanced hop profile, and smooth palate made this a pleasant surprise.

Oct 2, 2004 Small tan head thats short lived, minimal lace. Clear light amber brew. Malty nose somewhat musty, no hops detected. Med/light body. Medium sweet malt flavors, toffeeish with light caramel notes. Medium dry finish.
