Commercial Description:
Our most popular seasonal brew ever.... big malt and hop flavor... doesn't fit any particular style, but loads of whole fresh hallertau hops makes this beer one-of-a-kind and not to be forgotten....

Sample @ 6th Annual Strong Beer Festival. Mesa, Az.
Detected a spice aroma. Gold/copper body with decent head. Had a decent mix of spice and citrus for flavor. Good brew.

Light amber color, decent full-bodied head. Aroma is a light mix of hops and citrus. Somewhat zesty in the initial taste. Then the flavor desends to plainville. Very little character, needs more roundness. Don’t know if I would call this a winter seasonal, taste better in the summertime.

The color a very deep amber to burnished copper color to the pour, the head impressive in size, the texture frothy and the lace thick and clinging. Malt at the front and the hops underlying this sweet nose, start malt and lightly sweet, top middling and the finish spicy in its hop presence, moderately acidic, dry as a bone aftertaste. An easy drinking beer that is hopped just right, the malts perfect and one I will look for in the bottle.

Sonora's Winter brew. A pale orange hue. Slight white head. Very fruity nose. Spicy flavor with none that stood out above others. Surprisingly dry, slightly bitter finish.
