Commercial Description:
Like it's name, this beer is fun, full of life, and Blonde! Made with a blend of 5 different Malts, fresh Hops, clean Water, our house Yeast, and NOTHING ELSE. This is truly an excellent American Cream Ale.

It is a brilliantly clear, full gold color and has a thin, pale white head. This beer has a soft fruity aroma. There is a bit of spicy herbal aromatics to this beer as well as some hints of apple and pear. The beer is quite light on the palate and there is a slightly spicy not up front, followed by a nice grainy finish. This beer is very light on the flavor, and it could certainly use a boost, even for a Blonde. There is a bit too much of a green apple note here, makes me think of a fermentation flaw, which is hard to hide in a beer of this style. This is not bad, but certainly just isn’t my bag.

Aroma surprised me. Thought the blonde would be like a swill beer. This one had a malt and nut aroma. Gold body with white head. Malt nut flavor along with a hop finish. Light body texture was easy on the palate.

Growler fresh from the bright tank from the brewery: Pours a slightly cloudy pale yellow color. Strong aroma of honey, hops. Very lively, nutty taste, honey. Reminds me of spring water. Very clean and light tasting
