Cask @ Papago The beer as it sets in the class a limpid gold, the head is generous and bright white, creamy in texture with a thick cover of lace upon the glass. Nose is sweet malt, lime like in its crispness, fresh and inviting this nose, start is sweet, malt profile perfect and the top light to medium on the feel. Finish is modestly acidic, the hops personable in their spiciness, very dry and a fine drinking beer.

Bottle. A flowery sweet candy flavor with a light golden color and white head.

Golden light color. Nose is a pleasant fruity almost banana aroma. Crisp and refreshing but not "Kolsh" enough. Dry and crisp, just lacking in character. Good effort.

Crisp and rather dry as you'd expect a Kolsch to be. Though it's too cold in NYC right now for anyone to put their convertible's top down, a good kolsch can be enjoyed anytime. Unfortunately, this isn't a standout Kolsch, but rather a middle-of-the-pack contender. It's sort of the Chrysler Sebring of convertibles. Herbal and grassy, yes, but not aromatic. Little complexity in the body, though it does have some hops in the finish. Passable, but this Top Down Kolsch is no Ferrari ragtop.

On tap-less assertive than a APA but slightly more fruity than your typical amber, very drinkable beer.

Poured cloudy gold with a tint of amber, huge bellowing headwonderful citrusy hop aroma, nice sweet orange rind first taste, but then tis rubbery taste came in, and got stronger towards the end. Just not balanced right .

Good local beer. Hoppy but unfortunately it is rather on the mild side. I will drink this beer again.
