Commercial Description:
Our IPA has lots of malt and hop character. This style originated during Queen Victoria’s reign as a strong, flavorful ale, which was able to survive the ocean voyage from England to India during the British occupation.

Outstanding tangerine nose with associated orange and lemon notes. Clear orange, medium yellow head, great lacing. Grapefruit and tea flavor. Grapefruit peel finish. Mouthfeel is a bit on the thin side. Really a wonderful American style IPA, despite the Union Jack on the label. One major flaw: sold in small bottles (22 oz.) I want this by the growler! Thanks, Bockhorsey!

On Tap @Made in the shade festival Flagstaff AZ. Pours a nice orange / copper color with a nice white head. Aroma is citrus, hops and pine. Flavor is very hoppy with a decent malt backbone to balance it out. Good IPA. 9 4 9 4 16 Re-Rate from very fresh batch from recent bottling. Pours a nice orange / copper with a soapy white head. Aroma is citrusy hops, english malt, pine. Flavor is resinous oily fresh hops, with a nice malty backbone. Slicky oily mouthfeel is very nice. Really nice IPA.

Bottle courtesy of rustychiles. Pours copper with a rocky white head. Smells of hay, wildflowers, some dough, perfume. Tastes resiny with a doughy hint and a nice caramelly backbone. Very good!

On tap @ the Tucson Beer Festival - Pours a clear golden color with a nice off white head. Aroma is mostly citrus and floral hops. The flavor is also hops with a nice bit of malt to back it. No lingering aftertaste. Medium body. A good IPA.

Beautiful clear light copper color with thin white head. Aroma of slightly spicy hop and some sweetness. Flavor is spicy hop and a bit of a malt balance. Not heavy, kind of on the thinner side, but a nice alcohol level. Glad to see these beers down here in Tucson.

This is a good IPA. Copper color. Short, white head. Bitter hop aroma with lots of citrus, and some pine. Mild hop bite, much less than I expected from the big aroma, but still good flavor.
