Linc (736), Sydney, Australia Jun 2, 2007 Fits the regular pale lager mould with no surprises. Mildly sweet, no hop flavour to speak of, nothing nasty at all really. It’s fresh tasting enough and really quite drinkable. The best part about it is that you can win your school fees! Good to see a brewery taking an interest in kids education!
Andrew4000 (1), , Papua New Guinea does not count Jul 2, 2008 A truely inspirational brew. I had my last 15 or so beers just last night. Does not leave you with filthy, poke your own eyes out headaches. Very cheap, readily available and is just good plain tucker. Recently available in south east QLD, check web site for locations gam (618), brisbane, Australia Mar 31, 2008 The last time I drank this was in 1974 it was cheap but everybody liked it,a lot sweeter than xxxx bitter, aroma was is sugary, malty.Flavour well sweet,a bit of a pick up taste, there was another one,in a different bottle not as good. This one sugary, malt, slight tang at the end and sweet finish, bitter was not high.Yes it was a fairly well accepted drink, quenched the thirst.Medium head to start back to lace, fair carbonation, light gold colour.
