Fits the regular pale lager mould with no surprises. Mildly sweet, no hop flavour to speak of, nothing nasty at all really. It’s fresh tasting enough and really quite drinkable. The best part about it is that you can win your school fees! Good to see a brewery taking an interest in kids education!

330ml bottle (4.5% ABV). It is a bland run-of-the mill tropical lager and I wasn’t expecting it to be anything else. Pours clear straw yellow with a negligible white head. Aroma of very sweet honey lager malts and little else. Tastes syrupy sweet with a medium-bodied fizzy palate. No hop presence to speak of. May be just about passable if accompanied by spicy Asian foods.

Pours pale yellow with a thin white head. Smells of crisp pilsner malt and some stray hops. Tastes watery but refreshing. Good for what it is.

330ml bottle. Middle of the road pale lager. Clear and straw in colour with a white head and good carbonation. Aroma of hops - not too bad. Didn’t realise this brew was still around.

A truely inspirational brew. I had my last 15 or so beers just last night. Does not leave you with filthy, poke your own eyes out headaches. Very cheap, readily available and is just good plain tucker. Recently available in south east QLD, check web site for locations

The last time I drank this was in 1974 it was cheap but everybody liked it,a lot sweeter than xxxx bitter, aroma was is sugary, malty.Flavour well sweet,a bit of a pick up taste, there was another one,in a different bottle not as good. This one sugary, malt, slight tang at the end and sweet finish, bitter was not high.Yes it was a fairly well accepted drink, quenched the thirst.Medium head to start back to lace, fair carbonation, light gold colour.
