Draught sample at the brewpub, late July 2006. Pours pale, very pale gold with just a touch of head, totally clear....light grainy nose, hint of sweetness, perhaps some corn sugar....sweet, a touch worty and thick at the front, edging to dry and mineralic/tart at the finish, with a creamy midsection that helps keep it drinkable, though dull.
