On draught at the brewpub in Ashland, Wisconsin. Pours a hazy golden amber brew with a fast dissolving off-wjhite head that leaves behind an excellent lacing and thick ring. Aroma of caramel malt, fruity characters of apples and pears, a touch of roasted nuts and some spice. Taste is smooth, creamy, medium bodied with very little carbonation. Finish has a semi-sweet and fruity aftertaste that quickly changes to bready malt and some citrus bitterness.
