Commercial Description:
We’ve brewed this American-style pale ale to celebrate this year’s hop harvest. This medium-bodied beer with a floral finish is liberally hopped with Columbus, Ahtanum and Amarillo hops for great aroma and assertive bitterness.

A hazy deep golden, a little lighter appearing towards the bottom. Not much head on mine (a full fill) but another member in my party also had one, and his is about a finger high, nice and sticky. Full, leafy hops. Almost a touch of saltiness, and a kinda unusual aroma of fruit - soft, but fresh apple. A nice bittering of cascades. That bitter leafiness and a bit of n evergreen resin (no specific evergreen... more piney than spruce, though).. Mediocre carbonation, a medium body. Nothing too extraordinary in feel, but a nice smelling and tasty brew. Well done, nice and full hops, and something I’ll happily go for again.

Draft at the brewery. Reddish brown color with a persistent one finger head. Resiny hop aroma with a well balanced hop backbone. Very bitter citrus hop taste with notes of toffee, mint, and oddly, potatoes. Medium bodied.
