Brown to amber, quite clear body. Off-white head. Intense, sweet aroma of flowers, wine, malts and some smoke. Lightly malty (caramel) intense flavour: moderately sweet, moderately bitter. Nice floral hints.

Pours dark red brown with a thick tan head. Aroma of caramel malt, a bit hidden. Flavor starts out fruity and moves to malty, then finishes very roasty. Clean, smooth, and well made.

Pours a dark copper with a decent beige head. Mildly sweet caramel aroma with a little grassiness. Strong sweet grape flavor initially that turns plumish with a heavy, sweet, malt and a more roasted earthy character later on. Very smooth and dignified. Very deep palate with a little dry feeling on the finish.

Been saving this but finally lost my will power. Hazy dark brown with large beige head and malty nut aroma. Medium bodied but solid bitter flavor followed by sweet malty notes and an a substantial alcohol burn.
