| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 16, 2009 Bottle: Pours an effervescent golden with a bubbly ring that fades. The aroma has a great fresh crackery pilsner malt character with soft Belgian phenolics/fresh yeast. There’s an herbal note as well- just filled with nuances. Spritzy and crisp feel. Dry crackery pils base with just a touch of soft sweetness. Very nice yeast strain on this one, leaving it dry and a touch chalky and mineraly. This is a great session- nice profile. smith4498 (916), Miami, Florida, USA

Aromas of bread, bananas and spices. Simlar flavors. Medium body with average carbonation. A very nice session beer. thenick (746), North Bellmore, New York, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 10, 2009 Tap @ Blind Tiger. Pours a largely clear gold color with a small white head that disappeared soon afterward. Aroma is bread, yeast, banana, malt, spice, and slight hop. Taste is banana and citrus hops up front, dissolving into bready yeast and malt on the back end. I also got a small touch of spice right at the end. This is a great Belgian session beer, and it’s even better to see them put so much care into a low-alcohol beer. juiceisloose (671), Windermere, Florida, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 7, 2009 Courtesy TheCheeseMan. Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a small white head that settles to a thin film. The aroma shows notes of citrus fruit, floral hops, some bready yeast and a hint of banana. The flavor follows suit with the banana and subtle citrus mixed in with the bready yeast, spices, and cereal malt for sweetness. Some tart citrus comes through too. Medium bodied with good carbonation and very smooth and easy drinking. Finishes crisp and dry with a touch of spices. Nice little belgian ale. Rciesla (3750), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA

Light bitter Saaz flavor with a minor Belgian yeast. Easy body, very sessionable. Makes me think of a Belgian Pils. Good stuff.
