750. Ruddy brown pour with tall creamy head that has stuck around. Very sweet, stronger than the Bernardus. Nose is tart, dark fruit. Slight smokiness to flavor and very complex overall. A bit of holiday spice. Quite metallic, sharp and sticky sweet. Very nice, but not at the top of my list for quads; very respectable.

Pours prune brown with no head. The nose and flavor were quite rich with dried fruit, especially figs, brown sugar and caramel. Smooth on the palate.

07 bottle thanks to EyeDrinkAle, thanks man! Poured a deep copper-brown color with a thick, billowing, rocky beige head that slowly receded and left some spotty lacing. Sweet aroma with some prunes, figs, raisin, a hint of leather, molasses, and brown sugar. Sweet, smooth entry with hints of brown sugar and molasses with a faint earthy spiciness and a bit of light smokiness finishing with some honey and caramel sweetness. Moderate carbonation and full on the palate. Seems a bit sweeter than traditional quads, but it is tasty. I would have preferred some sort of hoppiness or a bit more smoke to balance the sweetness. Thanks again Mike.

C&C 750, shared by LooseCannon. Clear brown with a small brown head. Odd nose, like Red Man chewing tobacco, very sweet and very malty. Rather sweet flavors, raisins and whiffs of smokiness, sweet caramel. nice.

btl by Springslicker. Brown to ruby red pour with tan head and lace. Sweet spiced brown sugar aroma. Flavor of molasses a spiced almost pepper with a candy after taste. Carbonation is where it should be mouthfeel is solid. Very complezx flavor a bit like a Christmas mystery pie that has those spices you can’t put your finger on thanks Jay

750 ml bottle shared by shigadeyo. Pours a clear brown copper color with a medium sized beige head. The aroma has some dark fruit, light spice, and sweet brown sugar. The aroma was a tad bit underwhelming. The flavor has a nice dark fruity character along with brown sugar sweetness and Belgian character. Some of the abv shows toward the finish, but this is very drinkable.

750ml bottle. Pours a dark brown with a ruby tine. Huge off-white head. Nose of vinous fruit and dark fruit. Taste of candied and over-ripe fruit. Mouthfeel is cloyingly sweet with slight alcohol and lots of carbonation. I like quads, but this was sweeter than I would have liked. Had wanted this one for awhile and was a little disappointed. Still decent.
