CItrus, wheat, and balanced mild hop flavour. Farily bitter finish with a wheaty aftertaste. leitrim65 (395), Seattle, Washington, USA May 30, 2006 I’ve had this bottle since last September so it’s interesting to see how it’s held up. Hazy golden straw like color with a medium white head. Sweet citrus aromas consisting of oranges and lemons, along with yeast and some spices. Light and refreshing. Citrus flavors are balanced by notes of yeast and spice. A nice summer brew. richlikebeer (747), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 9, 2005 on tap at MacGrady’s, a pale yellow body with a fizzy white head, pretty thin, giving off an aroma of sweet lemon, orange and spices. flavor was heavy with the spices, mostly coriander and citrus, mostly orange, but also lemon and pineapple. a very smooth, slightly creamy mouthfeel, more body than most wits, and lots of spices in the finish. a very flavorful and easy to drink brew.
