Aroma and taste are reminiscent of Just Right cereal, but with a bit more cinnamon flavor. Just the tiniest hint of brett.

Bottle from Oak Tree Buy Rite. The malty quotient is present with a biscuity yeasty slightly woody flavor. There are some spices in the aftertaste and the alcohol is very well hidden. I went for a jog after half a glass. I was expecting a deeper palate but this one is pretty nice on a hot summer night.

Bottle. Orange, iced tea color. Fuzzy 1/2" bubble head. Sweet, grassy, red-amber. Spicy to the taste. Sharp, acidic flavoring. Limited, faded finish. My first biere de garde and a quality pour.

750 ml bottle. Golden-orange body with a lasting, thin, sudsy, dirty-white head. Honey, maple and caramel aromatics, plus notes of perfume. Flavor brings qualities of bread and vanilla and includes a forward-leaning corky character. Fairly sweet and sticky. Mouth-filling, champagne-like carbonation. Funky and distinct. This is a nice sipper overall and an interesting interpretation of the style.

Clear pale body with a small white cover. The aroma is dough, herbal, floral, clover and honey. The flavor is honey, bread, pepper and light lemon. Medium soft body with high carbonation.

I tasted this with a friend this evening and I really enjoyed the upfront maltiness that prevailed here. The aroma was outstanding as it invited a taste of sweet malt that had many other elements to show as well.
