Thinnish off white/orange head. Lovely nose of malt, yeast, earthen, fruit, peaches and pears. Smoth and buttery malts, vanilla?, steady carbonation, lively mouthfeel. I’d say this was an average Belgian Amber if I didn’t know any better. Very disappointing for a unique brewery and a unique style. The body was substantially full and the palate syrupy.
