| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 25, 2008 750ml bottle. # 87 of 250. Big honey and mapley syrup malty aroma undercut by a large amount of grassy, herbal and leafy hops. Pours a rather thick looking gold/orange. Nearly still save for a thin ring of white. Flavor is big, malty and hoppy. Tons of flavor for a 6% beer. Earthy, dusty, crisp and very refreshing. Excellent balance of hops and malt. The yeast presence on the finish is quite nice as well. Medium to full bodied. Crisp carbonation with a lengthy, dusty finish. Thanks a ton Eugene! Skinnyviking (4157), Copenhagen, Denmark
