Jul 6, 2008 Bottle thanks to moejuck, thanks man! Poured a clear golden-orange color with a moderate off-white head that faded to a layer. Aroma of citrus (light lemon, orange), funky flowers (mainly chamomile) and some moderate yeastiness. Soft, lightly tart entry with some moderate flowery, leafy character with hints of chamomile and a wheaty, yeasty flavor transition into a moderately dry finish with undertones of sweet berries. Smooth and crisp, semi-dry finish. Very nice beer, thanks a ton for hooking me up Joe.

Jun 24, 2008 On draft @ Capones with Mad_indian. Pours hazy orange with a good size white head. Aroma of flowers, perfume, and sweet malts. The flavor is quite floral, sweet malts, and biscuit good body and mouthfeel. Well done.

Jun 17, 2008 On tap at Capones sampled with Stegosaurus and JB175. Cloudy orange pour with two finger white head definite flower aroma. Sweet malt flavors with a floral finish. I wasn’t as crazy about this as the rest were. It was just ok for me.

Jun 17, 2008 Draft at Capone’s. Cloudy orange color. Heavy floral aroma with some perfume and honey sweetness. Flavor was floral/spicy, biscuit and wheat like overtones. Some banana. Intriguing.

Jun 14, 2008 Draft @ Capone’s. This one poured a nice golden color with a medium head. Aroma is spicy and sweet with some nice herbs, mild hops, and sugary goodness. Flavor is fantastic with a great sugary/herbal/hoppy/smooth thing going on that is unlike anything I’ve had before. Also getting some cinnamon and summer fruits. Nice feel - please make this one as widely available as some of the other SH greats!
