Thanks jay to the mouther fuckin’ g!!! Poured a hazy orange, very little head. My God, this aroma is awesome. Fully floral and bright. There is a hint of sweetness, I can’t put my finger on what it is exactly. The Chamomile seems to be dominate, but the lavender does come through. The flavor has a nice acidity, balancing the floral qualities. What an incredible beer.

bottle.....appearance: muddled, non-transparent light brown almost golden with a fair amount of white head....aroma: huge on the citrus (orange, lemon) as well as flowers and other spices like cinammon, cloves, and i can’t think of what else right now.....taste: wheat/grainy, huge amount of citrus, more sweet and sugary with the aforementioned spices thrown into the mix....very nice indeed.

Hazy, orange-yellow amber body reminiscent of a coastal sunrise. There’s a small, dense, foamy white head that settles to a 1mm blanket that lasts. Random snakes of microfilm lace are scattered about the glass. The aroma is incredibly fresh and complex. Wave after wave of floral and spicy scents hit the nose. Soft, aromatic flowers meet cinnamon stick, coriander, nutmeg, lemon, and mild cereal grains. Its like an intoxicating perfume. The flavor is equally impressive. I cannot emphasize enough the freshness of the floral tastes, and the perfect balance that the mild spices and soft citrus add. The palate is near perfect, both substantial and soft, with a silky smooth, creamy finish. Just a masterfully crafted brew. Best Saison I’ve had to date, hands down.

Bottle shared by theisti at his tasting 10/12. Pours a hazy gold with a thin white head and soap bubble lacing. My pour, which came from the last third of the bottle was much darker than the first two-thirds. The aroma is very nice: sour, peppery, floral, sweet and citric. There are more olfactory notes coming at me than I can adequately distinguish or detail here. The palate is medium-bodied and slick with a finish that is clean and dry at the swallow. Honey-like sweetness up front with notes of citrus, white pepper, yeast and flowers. This is a very tasty beer and is one that I will be looking for in the future.

750ml from beastiefan2k, enjoyed at my tasting 10/12. Pour is clear golden with a faded white head. Aroma of flowers, pure sweet light honey and cloves. Taste is really interesting, a super soft palate with flowers, spice and cloves shining gently through. Incredibly well balanced, and just a treat to enjoy. Thanks so much for this one, Eugene.

750ml bottle provided by theisti
Really hardcore floral aroma. Its like I shoved my head in a flower case at the grocery store.
Hazy yellow with some orange hues. Minimal white head which is to say there’s a white ring around the edge.
The flowers are the showcase here. Not sure what to say about it other than I like it.
Soft with light carbonation.
Really an interesting beer.

750ml, caged and corked, bottle. Poured an initially clear golden color with a smaller sized white head. The pours became cloudier and cloudier towards the bottom with some big floaters. Aromas of ’Fleurs’ (very floral), citrus, and spices. Tastes of spices, citrus, flowers, caramel, and just all around herbal.

Thanks to hopdog. Pours a translucent golden with a smaller bubbly white head. Aroma was very floral, ginger, citrus and malty sweetness. Flavor of honey, malty sweetness, lots of spices, dry finish. Aged nicely.
