| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 24, 2007 Shared by OldSock. Hazy pale body with a small white head - fading. The nose is cotton candy, flowers, light caramel and doughy bread. The favor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter and floral with herbs, cotton candy and cracker. Medium/full body is soft with gentle, light carbonation. A strange, plant bitterness in the finish is the only real negative. 11026 (1779), Alabama, USA

Huge floral nose. Decent sized white head which leaves great lacing behind. Standing up well on its own after several heavier beers prior to this. Medium bodied. Soft floral flavor blend nicely with a citrusy presence. Very nicely done.<P> Bottle from Styles opened July ’06. Numbers stand. Damn, really nicely done. tjthresh (1779), Greenfield, Indiana, USA

Really hardcore floral aroma. Its like I shoved my head in a flower case at the grocery store.
Hazy yellow with some orange hues. Minimal white head which is to say there’s a white ring around the edge.
The flowers are the showcase here. Not sure what to say about it other than I like it.
Soft with light carbonation.
Really an interesting beer. Murphy (1759), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA

Rerate: Wow. So very floral and complex. Great body with perfect creaminess and carbonation. Fantastic stuff. tarjei (1757), Bryne, Norway

Dry pollen and corn bread aroma. The flavor has a pervasive honey-cornbread sweetness with stemmy grass and a mandarin orange rind. Bit too sweet for my taste. theisti (1689), Leawood, Kansas, USA

Pour is clear golden with a faded white head. Aroma of flowers, pure sweet light honey and cloves. Taste is really interesting, a super soft palate with flowers, spice and cloves shining gently through. Incredibly well balanced, and just a treat to enjoy. Thanks so much for this one, Eugene.
