750ml from beastiefan2k, enjoyed at my tasting 10/12. Pour is clear golden with a faded white head. Aroma of flowers, pure sweet light honey and cloves. Taste is really interesting, a super soft palate with flowers, spice and cloves shining gently through. Incredibly well balanced, and just a treat to enjoy. Thanks so much for this one, Eugene.

Large white head, good retention and plenty of sticky lace to boot. Hazy gold colored pour with plenty of bubbles just cruisin up to keep that head a rollin. Nose is very floral, perfumey and spicey, genteel. Light bodied with an almost spritsy carbonation thats held in check by a light oilyness. Flowery spicey flavors work for me along with some light malt backing, citrus and a hint of pepper. Lightly sweet, fruity perfumy finish. Would be a nice warm weather, by the pool drink. Maybe toss in a few ice cubes and one of those cute little umbrellas and lay back in yer lounger, ya think? Thanks to my favorite tasting bud eaglefan for sharing this one, Thanks Brian! Sorry dude, i enjoyed this one!

Draft @ Capone’s. This one poured a nice golden color with a medium head. Aroma is spicy and sweet with some nice herbs, mild hops, and sugary goodness. Flavor is fantastic with a great sugary/herbal/hoppy/smooth thing going on that is unlike anything I’ve had before. Also getting some cinnamon and summer fruits. Nice feel - please make this one as widely available as some of the other SH greats!

Sample courtesy of TAR. Huge flowery nose almost smells like perfume-like. Some spice and pepper detectable. Flavor is all sweetness up front, hard to define though. Mostly residuel candy sugar/tripel like, with some faint malt and a big flower character again. Very well done IMO.

Tasted at Patron Saints Angel Share Release. Bottle from brewboy1. Tried with deftim13, brewboy1, CaptainCougar, and others. JohnC, miketd, and WeeHeavy were here earlier, but left by this time. Lots of interesting flower aroma. Lots of carbonation, which brings out the flower aroma even more. A little bit of butter and lavender in the aroma. A small hint of acidity, which may be an illusion from the carbonation. Kind of like a champagne. Kind of dry taste, but still very nice. 2005 bottle. Hazy yellow color.

Bottle courtesy of tampabrew. Pours a hazy lemon yellow with one finger white head that settles slowly. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of honey, flowers, spice, light brett, fresh grass. Flavor is sweet and floral with notes of honey, spice, floral esters, light pepper, hints of rosewater. Medium body with a pleasing sweet finish.

Another 750ml shared by BOLTZ7555 – thanks Jason! Pours a hazy medium yellow with a one finger snow white head. The nose is flowers, spicy yeast and herbs – like a glade air freshener. You can really taste the flowers and herbs as well. Medium prickly mouthfeel. Interesting beer. It tastes exactly what the brewers were going for, but it’s just not for me.

Bottle @ BCTC. Pours is hazy golden with a heavy white lace. Nose is heavily spiced with a little bit of pepper and belgian yeast. Flavor is slightly sweet and malty with more spice. Was a bit sweeter than I expected or like. A little bit of a letdown considering how much I love their other saisons.
