Cloudy yellow beer, chamomile, elderberry, rose hips, very appealing floral aroma. A bit of apple, banana, great sweet floral flavour on top of the fruitiness. Lingering yeasty estery finish. Tasty beer.

Hazy copper orange with pillowy crisp white head and, later, nice lacing. Aroma is light, sweet, and fragrant. Flower sweetness, light malt, and yeast are present. Like the arome, the flavor is quite unique. It’s very flowery and sweet and also sharp and tangy. There is also a citrusy presence, some licorice, and a faint alcohol feel. The finish is nice and tancy and bitter while remaining fairly light in feel.

2005 cage date. Thanks to DaveP for sharing. Gusher blew the cork down the hallway. Off orangish pour w/ a huge frothy off white head that dissipates fairly quickly and leaves a moderate lacing behind. Floral aroma some light white peppers hints of clove and a touch of fruits. Palate is well coated a bit astringent. Very nice mellow flavor. some very earthy notes hints of flower petals a dry finish with a sweet front. Odd to taste the sugars, they must be non-fermentables.

On tap at David Copperfield’s, 74th Street and York Avenue, NYC. Hazy amber hued beer having an average white head with good lacing. Aroma of flowers and sweet malt. Medium bodied that starts with light sweet malt with notable flowers, honey and grape flavors and finishes dry and clean tasting. A complex beer of floral flavors. The waitress warned me that not everyone who ordered this particular beer had liked it and so she offered me a test sample. After trying the sample, I went for a full serving. This is a very interesting and tasty beer.

Draft at Capone’s: pours a golden amber color with a frothy white head, aroma and taste is herbal with some lavender hints being the most prevalent. Very nice stuff.

750 (about a year old) in Duvel glass. Hazy copper caramel color with lasting flat head and lace. Yeasty hoppy spicy floral aroma with touch of alcohol. Soft sweet vanilla peach with complex arrangement of spicy herbs and hops. One of the flowers is irritating, tastes like cinnamon, but otherwise this is a nicely crafted complex ale.

Bottle courtesy of tampabrew. Pours a hazy lemon yellow with one finger white head that settles slowly. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of honey, flowers, spice, light brett, fresh grass. Flavor is sweet and floral with notes of honey, spice, floral esters, light pepper, hints of rosewater. Medium body with a pleasing sweet finish.
