12.24.04 750ml bottle thanks to EyeDrinkAle. Pale orange gold, hazed, big white head, mucho lace. Aroma is lemony with lots of floral notes, mint. A refreshing smell and moreso on first sip. Herbal, grassy, flowery flavors are cool and a little sweet. Orangey. Finish is clean and crisp with a light bitter bite. Good stuff -- Thanks Mike!

(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy maize colored body with a medium white head. Aroma florals, earthiness, and herbs. Flavor of floral hops, some citrus, and honey with a dry, lightly bitter finish.

Thin offwhite head. Golden body. Sharp floral herbal aroma with malty sweetness. Cinnamon and Christmas spice notes. Light acidic balanced barnyard taste with cinnamon, floral, and herbal notes. Some cardamom as well. Wonderful! (0.75l bottle at RBNAG’07.)

Dry, flowery (especially lavender), some sweet malt and real biscuit flavors. A bit spicy with a seeming meld of noble-ish hops and marigold (c,mon, I know you ate some as a kid...). Bready and flowery aroma. Nice, but slightly thin, body. Fascinating beer, but the lavender is a bit too thick for my tastes. Gorgeous color, beautiful bronze. Bottle from beastiefan2k - thanks!

Very strange beer here. I have never had a beer brewed from flowers before. Pretty much everything about this reminded me of champaign. The pour was a light golden/amber with lots of white thin head. Aroma and flavor were full of citrus and raisins. If I was more of a champaign/wine person I would probably like this more.

I’m unsure how I ended up with this bottle, but certainly thank whoever is responsible. Shared at hellbilly’s 5th of July tasting. Uncorks like an Irish Spring commercial. Permeates lavendar. Tastes of flower petals, clover, caramel, and mild berries.
