750ml bottle shared by badbeer. Poured a slightly hazy medium orange color with a bubbly white head. Fruity, spicy aroma including the likes of apple, pear, light cinnamon, and clove. Medium bodied and semi-sweet with mild hop bitterness. Lots of spices in the flavor giving the beer an almost mulled-wine like note. Spiced pear and toffee also came out in the flavor along with a dash of salt in the middle. Interesting beer.

Bottle: pours a cloudy medium hay gold color large white head with a soapy lacing, good head retention. Aroma is very herbal and spicey nice peepry that i love, earthy gingery aroma, nice flower and a touch of honey. Flavor is quite a bit of spice. Peppery and herbal good sweetness like honey. Very dry in the finish with just a little warming.

Sampled thanks to drewbeerme. Pours a hazy orange with a tall beige head. Spicy aroma. Hops and floral herbs with a lot of yeast. The spicy nose subsides to become more malty. Similar flavors that seem overly spicy at first taste until the citrus and malts come forth to balance it well. Pretty tasty.

Publick House Bottling. 750ml bought at Shorline Liquors in Long Island Shared with my girlfriend Cyn, paired with Tofu Kabobs and Rice with Oyster Mushrooms and Leeks. Pours orangey yellow with lots of carbonation and a thin tan head. Nose is really quite intriguing with lots of floral charater. Taste is nice and dry and sweet and floral with a bit of a citrus herbal quality, I like this beer, its pretty damn tasty.

bottle. Pours a color of dirty water with small white bubbles along the edge of the glass. Nose is of overripe fruit, flowery perfume and straw. This had an unusual taste. A bit fruity and flowery. Mouthfeel was dry and acidic with slight alcohol.. Different.

big thanks to badbeer for this one. Amber pour with a small white head. Aroma is sour tropical skittles, flower, melon. Similar flavor, add pepper, mint, and a bit of lavender. Finishes mildly spicy, quick and refreshing.

Draft @ Capones: Poured a straw color with a nice head. The aroma was straw, flowers and yeast. The flavor was a typical saison, earthy, grassy, spices, and a touch of bitters. Overall, an excellent beer for its style.
