12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy yellow gold with fizzy white head. Smells of fruity wheat, clementine, apricot. Sweet yeasty taste with fruity notes on finish. Maybe I’m just not into this style right now, but i don’t see why this one is so good - not that it’s bad or anything, very drinkable and tasty, just not anything extraordinary to me.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy dark yellow with a smallish white head that that quickly diminishes and leaves some lacing.

The aroma is spices, funky yeast, some banana and clove and some fruits.

The flavor is sweet lemony fruits and wheaty malts with a little yeastiness and some spices and soapiness. The mouthfeel is light bodied and slightly watery with spritzy carbonation.

Overall, a decent wit. I tend to like them sweet and fruity.

really nice belgian white. i compare most to alagash, and this one was right up there. not bad spice content, not enough to contend w/ alagash, but decent. nice clean aftertase that warrants many more drinks.

Draft at redlight redlight. Pours a light golden yellow. The nose is full of orange peel and coriander. Very floral. Lots of wheat in the flavor. An extra punch to the tradition Belgian white. Still crisp and refreshing. Good for summertime. Not boring at all.

12 oz bottle. Livly, golden body with a diminishing whitehead. Aroma is spicy and slightly acid with a hint of esters. Flavor is sweet with some fruity acid, spices and mandarin. Refreshing, some bitterness in the finish, a bit thin body and short aftertaste.

12oz bottle served in a shaker. Hazy golden orange pour with a thin off-white film for a head. Minimal lacing. The aroma had wheat, orange, coriander, and also some spicy/clovey yeast. The flavor was crisp and had notes of fresh wheat, bright orange, coriander, bread dough, and also some spicy yeast. Pretty nice. The palate was medium-bodied and had a light amount of crisp, lively carbonation. A really nice example of the style.

Clear golden body; chunky white head. Aroma of orange peel and banana. Strong coriander and yeast in the flavor, with a solid hoppiness (style considering). Alcohol not really apparent. I wouldn’t call it a ’Double’ in the sense of an IIPA, but it’s a great Wit for those who enjoy assertive beers.

12oz bottle. A little bummed this didn’t come in the 750 corked and caged bottle like the one pictured. Pours a lightly hazed golden yellow with a frothy white head, nice lacing. A ton of coriander on the nose as well as lemon peel. Flavor was light and quite tangy, lots of citrus peel and coriander.
