| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 8, 2008 4/4/08 notes: bottle. Pours a clear golden lemon color that is cloudy without being unfiltered. When poured, this beer featured a one-finger head. Smell is of grass, orange, coriander and yeasty cotton candy, if that makes any sense. Body is light and soft, featuring a small pearl carbonation that rolls the flavors into a nice little package. I tasted citrusy orange and lemon, along with coriander and sugar. Finish is sweet, and the alcohol is well-masked. Perhaps not quite as interesting as DDC’s Premiere Neige, but overall, a very solidly crafted beer from Southampton that should stand out amongst Belgian Whites. | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 4, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Hazy yellow, large foamy head leaves nice lacing. A really tasty wit, very enjoyable and refreshing. JensenTaster (1585), Denmark
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jun 2, 2008 (on bottle) Hazy yellow, big head, lots of coriander and wheat in aroma. I find the taste and especially the finish very troublesom. I imagine the use of US hops to be too much for this type of beer, since the zingyness falls over and becomes very tart and acidic. The freshness from the first sips, becomes burning and metallic. fonefan (11003), VestJylland, Denmark

Aroma is yeast, wheat, sourness as well as spices. Flavour is spices, wheat, yeast and flowery hops. For being US-made witbier, it’s a very good one. HighlanderOne (541), Somewherein, New Jersey, USA

Bread, pepper, spice, banana in flavor. This is really well done. I noticed the coriander about midway through. Finished great. This actually ranks with the Belgian Witbiers. Well done. mirjukka (702), LOHJA, Finland
