Jul 7, 2007 12 oz bottle. Hazy pastel yellow with a small white head. Zesty lemon and yeast aroma, notes of orange and sweet lemon. Flavour is a bit muted, but has more of the dry yeasty lemon character, moderate sweet malt. The light hop bitterness and the dry citrus provides a refreshing finish, but the alcohol is a bit too forward in the finish as well. Interesting! 8/3/7-8/3/15-17

Jul 5, 2007 12 oz bottle-poured a hazy golden color with a small white head.Aromas of orange and spice and yeast(what a surprise) and definetly got those aromas in the flavor as well as some banana and lemon.Very nice dry finish and hardly noticed it was 6.8%.

Jul 3, 2007 12 oz bottle. Decent enough witbier, though a little more spicy than I’m used to. Aroma is that of spice, banana, and some orange. Flavor is strong spice, with hints of wheat and grains.

Jul 2, 2007 Pours a hazy golden color, almost amber, with a nice soapy white head. Aroma of orange, spices and yeast. Full flavored brew with notes of orange, coriander, spices, wheat and grains, and a hint of banana. One of the best witbiers I’ve ever had. Delicious and mildly strong, even better than Hoeggarden.

Jun 30, 2007 Pours perfectly clear pale yellow with fizzy white head that quickly dissapates. Aroma very sweet banana and doughy. Flavor is mostly dough and coriander... very yeasty probably to cover the alcohol which is present in the finish. Overall, ok.

Jun 29, 2007 This is really good stuff. very aromatic with some banana and bubble gum coming through mildly. Also a subtle spiciness, and a little alcohol, which I don’t mind, although I don’t think it really has anywhere to hide. pours bright yellowish orange with a big haze and head which dissipates into a foam that lingers in the middle of the glass. was a really beautiful pour. lovely flavor, refreshing tartness with lots of spicy notes, kind of phenolic. palate is nice and tingly which I love in the summer. Quite the enjoyable summer treat, even though its a winter seasonal?

Jun 28, 2007 Excellent, perhaps my favorite witbier. Not as citrusy as Hoegaarden, but yeastier and stronger, with better mouthfeel.
