Light citrus aroma with some fresh bread. This beer is very much like bread that is fresh but is also with oranges and pie spice. It is not overly sweet and it is not overly good yet still remains to be quite good. Lively carbonation. You buy, you like hooray America! Hazmatt (363), Virginia, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jul 7, 2007 Bottle. Bright yellow, not golden but yellow. Like lemonade color. Sour, citrusy, yeasty and bready aroma. Very tangy, orangy taste up front. Mild spice flavor. Takes the softness of wheat and makes it heavy and doughy, it works well. Finishes malty and sweet. Fruity and sour. Good body. Very interesting beer. jerc (3885), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 7, 2007 12 oz bottle. Hazy pastel yellow with a small white head. Zesty lemon and yeast aroma, notes of orange and sweet lemon. Flavour is a bit muted, but has more of the dry yeasty lemon character, moderate sweet malt. The light hop bitterness and the dry citrus provides a refreshing finish, but the alcohol is a bit too forward in the finish as well. Interesting! 8/3/7-8/3/15-17

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 3, 2007 12 oz bottle. Decent enough witbier, though a little more spicy than I’m used to. Aroma is that of spice, banana, and some orange. Flavor is strong spice, with hints of wheat and grains. HopBackDoc (393), Hatboro, Pennsylvania, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jul 2, 2007 Pours a hazy golden color, almost amber, with a nice soapy white head. Aroma of orange, spices and yeast. Full flavored brew with notes of orange, coriander, spices, wheat and grains, and a hint of banana. One of the best witbiers I’ve ever had. Delicious and mildly strong, even better than Hoeggarden. roder60 (1020), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 30, 2007 Pours perfectly clear pale yellow with fizzy white head that quickly dissapates. Aroma very sweet banana and doughy. Flavor is mostly dough and coriander... very yeasty probably to cover the alcohol which is present in the finish. Overall, ok.
