Jul 30, 2009 Bottle and draft. I had 4 imperial pints and then ate popcorn till i felt sick, i’ll never forget that time, still gives me the chills. A hazy orange golden body with a white head. Coriander, wheat, bubblegum and spices. Sweet but slightly grain y. Decent.

Jul 20, 2009 Bottle via the rip and run and the fella pushing the Southampton tasting. Light nose of citrus and faint touches of corrienader and clove. Not much else in the nose. Bosy is medium minus and surpisingly creamy. I was expecting the normal lackluster watery body that is passed for a wit. A nice hazy yellow with a lazy carbonation and thin head. This dows not sneak up on you buyt rather tells ou rateher bluntly (go New York) that you are about to be a bit tipsy. Can I go so far as to say it was a bit grainy? sure, but not so much so. a nice intro belgian for the masses.

Jul 7, 2009 Bottle. Pours light gold with a spare, fizzy, white head, somewhat lasting with spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (husky grain, cereal, meal), average hop (grass, perfume), heavy yeast (dough) with notes of orange, creamed corn, alcohol, and coriander. Light bodied, oily texture, average carbonation, and a bitter-spicy finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.

Small white head. Amber coloured and slightly hazy in appearance. Banana fruit flavour. Crisp and bitter finish.

Jul 2, 2009 Pours a pale gold with a white head that sticks around. Aroma is lots of coriander and orange. Taste is very sweet, coriander, orange, yeast. Easy drinking, and a good summer beer.

Jul 2, 2009 Tap @ Just Jakes. One of only three "craft" beers on tap. Wasn’t sure how this would be. Wheat and fruit ester fueled aroma. Flavor was of citrus and spices however beer was not too sweet. Nice witbier.

Jun 30, 2009 A very nice version of one of my favorite styles of beer. This beer is loaded with orange and coriander and has a very fresh malty body to accompany all that flavor and spice near the end. Very cloudy with a wonderful aroma of citrus and spice. A very good beer.

Jun 26, 2009 Bottle. Hazy yellow pour with a small white head that quickly disapears. Aroma of bananas and cloves is a bit faint. Taste is much stronger, very pronounced Belgian flavor. Very good.
