Sampled with Stegosaurus. Bottled. Poured a cloudy yellow with fizzy white head. (Appearence scared me looked like a cludoy budweiser). Aroma of wheat and spice. Taste was much of the same. Very dry finish and rather good. I enjoyed this

rating from memory, poured a 22oz bomber, dark orange with fluffy white head. nose is very corriander, orange, and yeasty. flavor is much of the same but it doesn’t seem balanced or enjoyable to me. a sourness makes this sorta gross.

Bottle into glass. Great looking cloudy appearance. Orange and coriander there, but not overpowering. Nice finish. Easy to drink.

This wasn’t a abd beer. Nice citrus note. Cloudy. A little gritty. Better out of th tap than bottle.

12 oz brown bottle from the Beer Store in Moon for $2. Cloudy light yellow with brown thin white head with a tinge of brown. Looks good, yeast particles mysteriously spinning around if poured properly. Pop the lid for a yeasty beer aroma with alky citrus background hints. Good hefe wheat like taste but stronger as far as alky goes, compared to a gentleman wit. More like a hefe not wit. White wheat beer flavor is strong. Good creamy carbonation fizz on the throat. Some medium building bitterness does seem to come across on the finish. A little more offensive personality than I am used to with a mild wit. Overall, good but may not be easily repeatable considering the high alky personality. I think this may be below the average of wits flavors that I have tasted, however, those who like high alky brews will appreciate this representation of the style. Finish is lasting medium bitterness on the back of the throat. Nice rendition of an otherwise strong brew.

12 Oz Bottle. Gift from Adam (Thanks Pitel). This belgian witbier is very good. The aroma had a hint of malt, very nice with beautiful notes of orange and curacao - played by a flute. The finish was a citric spicy one. Higher alc content as well, which was unnoticeable. pure player. SECOND TRY 2/27/09. Body definitely not as epic as initially thought. Taste is great - smooth delicious, refreshing.

This is easily the best Wit I have ever had. True to form, this is like Hoegaarden on steriods. It works though, it works really well. Awesome beer. Southhampton has yet to let me down.

A tremendous effort. This brew takes everything that is great about the wit bier style and doubles it, without eve rsacrificing the drinkability. The coriander and Curacao notes are there in heavy doses, the towering white head, and milky maize color, heavy lacing, and all the qualities that make a great wit beer are wholly intact. The only real differences are slightly heavier mouthfeel and a mildly apparent alcohol content. Could be a session beer, but that % will creep up on you.
