12oz bottle. Pours a perfectly cloudy light yellow golden with a thin fine white fizzy froth. Aroma is bready and floral, rose pedals, sweet. Flavor is very floral with sweet sugary cereal and a coriander finish. Cereal aftertaste. Medium bodied with a fuller mouthful yet still crisp, sticky syrupy feeling left after swallowing. Similar to Sam Adams Imperial Wit in that its quite floral and a bit syrupy.

12oz bottle on May 2, 2009, thanks to William. Pale honey color, almost yellow. Well carbonated, clear. Aroma of citrus, yeast, spice. Light, but almost creamy. Coriander apparent. Yeast is way obvious here... not my cup of tea, but for what it is, it’s drinkable and well balanced.

Bottle pours a slightly hazy golden orange color. Foamy head that quickly dissapates with some lacing along the side of the glass. Aroma of orange zest, spices, wheat, and yeast. Sweet flavor with mixture of orange zest, yeast, coriander, and some maltiness. Slightly dry finish. Nice and refreshing.

bottle. light haze to a golden/orange pour with thin head. nice mellow aroma of orange, yeast and spice. a bit sour and peppery. dry in the very finish. tartness is a bit suprising. all other flavors subtle. nice brew.

I love the brewery, but one of the most dissapointing double white’s I’ve had. Very little aroma besides a bit of alcohol, frothy 1 inch head, quickly dissapating. Lack-luster flavor...everything is there (spice, candy sugar, orange), but it’s too subtle for my tastes.

Pours a light orange with a thick white head - very little lacing. Aroma of sour citrus , honey and spice. Taste of orange, coriander and some clove. Nice refreshing light beer.

I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Nice light aroma of fruit, spice, malt and yeast. Flavor has hints coriander, orange zest, lemon peel and malt. Good balance overall.

Cloudy straw hue with thin white head. Nose of fruit, spices, wheat with a touch of sulfur. Taste is spicy and fruity but fades fairly fast. A bit too thick for a white, not as drinkable as I would expect. Hybrid style doesn’t work too well here.
