Bottle shared with the gang at Decemberfest 2006 -- courtesy of HogTownHarry. Pours a cloudy yellow with an average size lasting white head. Aroma and flavour of tart citrus, yeast, spices and faint hops. Medium bodied. Pretty good.

Classic Belgian White with a cloudy yellow color and nice sized egg shell colored head. Aroma was both peppery and oranges. Taste was yeasty, sweet and effervescent, which reminded me of the old Celis White. Lingering peppery sweet taste with mellow sour lemons. Big floaties on the bottom of the glass. Nice lacing throughout.

Pours a slightly hazy golden with an average foamy white head. Aroma if your standard Witbier, just stepped up! Citrus, spices, banana, wheat and yeast. Taste is very smooth and refreshing, a great Witbier.

Bottled. Spicy aroma, citrus. Cloudy beer. Sourness beyond citrus, wheat malt, a bit too much.

Bottle. Small white head that quickly dissipated, no lacing, cloudy, and a straw yellow hue. Oranges, citrus, some spice notes and sweet nose. Flavor was sweet, oranges and citrus. Smooth palate. Light-medium body.

Thanks to argo0 for bringing this to When Continents Collide 2! Very clouded blond with lots of floaties suspended in the body. Very carbonated. Strong spice and citrusy aroma. Effervescent body with a citrus fruit and wheat/yeast taste. Lighter spice notes as well. Seemed like a Belgian wit, almost. Good beer nonetheless.

Columbia, SC - Total Wines - 12 oz bottle. Murky, translucent light golden with a thin white head. Banana in the aroma with hints of bubble gum Flavor is on the sour side in a good way - with some strong lemony accents. Yeasty notes, coriander, hints of bubble gum. Spritzy mouthfeel which sits just right.

12 oz bottle. Poured a cloudy yellow color. Head was two fingers high, white, and reduced to a thin film about one minute after pouring it into the glass. As advertised, it smelled like a wit mostly. I say mostly, because in addition to the typical coriander, orange, and fresh bread dough, there was also a subtle meaty note. Almost like salami or bologna. Hmmm, maybe it’s just me. Dry and slightly chalky on the tongue. Carbonation was on the champaign end of the spectrum, so prickly bubbles hit the tongue first followed by orange and coriander flavors. There was only the faintest hint of the 6.8% alcohol in the flavor. Pretty good beer.
