Tasted at the GA 14% gathering. Thanks to Wunderbier for the chance to sample this one! Looks like a witbeer. Frothy white head, on a light yellow cloudy body. Fizzy, sweet lemon aroma and taste with a tart, dry finish. Not bad, but not a style that impresses me much.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy straw color with a large white head. The aroma was strong dry spice and lemon. The flavor was dry, tangy and a little tart with noticeable coriander element and a tart lemony undertone. The finish is long, spicy and dry.

12oz. bottle. Intensely fruity aroma, spicy and citric, with notes of banana, lemon, orange, coriander, vanilla and clove, also showing honeysuckle sweetness and a mildly doughy yeast character. Cloudy medium straw yellow color with a lasting, fine, uneven head. Pretty nicely balanced flavor profile, with lightly malty sweetness up front, giving way to a gently citric bitterness and herbal hop tones, becoming spicier and tangy towards the finish, which dries out to a surprising extent by the end. Finely carbonated, gently acidic and smooth palate, body is medium. Incredibly easy to quaff. Nice overall.

12oz bottle. A little bummed this didn’t come in the 750 corked and caged bottle like the one pictured. Pours a lightly hazed golden yellow with a frothy white head, nice lacing. A ton of coriander on the nose as well as lemon peel. Flavor was light and quite tangy, lots of citrus peel and coriander.

muddy yellow pour with a thin white halo of a head. Straw-like & grassy aroma with evident yeast & pineapple notes & subtle white grape & banana cream and lingering wheatiness. Tart & lactic characteristics surround grassy & yeasty flavors. Subtle spicing remains mostly hidden in the tart and yeasty shadows. Impressive mouthfeel..creamy & full with a lingering tartness and straw-like bitterness. Quite dry. Pretty straight forward wit IMO.

22 oz. bottle via trade with shadey - Pours a cloudy straw color with a small white head. Aroma is banana, yeast, and spices. The flavor is much of the same with the addition of some citrus. Light to medium body. A nice Wit. Thanks Shane.

Bottle: Hazy amber colored pour, medium white head. Aroma was spicy, a little yeasty and citrusy. Flavor a little on the sweet side, bready, a little warming. And some floral notes. It was quite smooth. This was probably one of the recall bottles, given the color of it. Enjoyable and refreshing.
