It’s just like a normal Wit for a start, but it just goes on and on. Dryer than a standard Belgian White, with the usual lemon and chalk. Good stuff, but no more than 20% bigger than a normal Wit. Big coriander and wheat nose. Nice spicy flavor, a bit flat bodied and thicker than most. Decent citrus zest in the finish. ucusty (1910), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA

This is a good representation of a Belgian white. The spiciness is a little too overwhelming. frankenkitty (1903), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 13, 2007 Large bubbles cling to the side of my glass, slightly masking this beer’s hazy, deep golden body under a fizzy white head. Delicate florals dance above the top of sharp yeasts with light farmyard notes. Sweet pear and apple notes as well. Tart apple and lemon flavors carried in a light, spritzy body make for a refreshing, summery brew.

The aroma is very citrusy with soem apple and light spice. The flavor is loaded with lemony citrus that makes it very refreshing on a hot summer day like today. The palate is not as thick as I was worried it was going to be based on the pour, instead it is crisp lighlt prickly with not too much heft to it. Overall a very nice beer, one that I was doubting would be any good but surprised me. emacgee (1892), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Aug 29, 2007 Poured a pale cloudy yellow with a generous white frothy head. The aroma was sweet, citrusy, definite orange, coriander, mild balanced funk, slight alcohol. Very appealing and balanced. The flavor shows alcohol, sweet oranges, spicy coriander, mild funk. Well balanced flavor as well. Shows very little carbonation on the palate, very smooth and silky not lively at all. Beerdedone (1885), Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA
