Apr 10, 2005 Bottle from Eyedrinkale. Golden yellow in color with a fantastic white head. Good lacing. Sweaty and wheat beer aroma. The slight funky aroma throws me off a little but is pleasing. A touch of coriander in the nose and flavor but barely at the level of perception. Crisp. Refreshing.

Apr 27, 2007 Bottle from Ross (or his dad). Brewed and bottle in Saratoga Springs. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of white pepper, coriander, and belgian yeast. Medium bodied, but with a watery texture. Flavor starts off citrusy, and then transitions to a middle dominated by spices. However there is nothing but a weak malt backbone and little residual sweetness to counter the spices. Finish has a yogurt like sourness and lingering peppercorn flavor that are not harmonious. This is a DOUBLE white, where is the "double"? Even for a regular white, this is rather weak. This was so disappointing, that I would drink Blue Moon or Sam Adams over this any day.

Oct 16, 2009 12 oz bottle. Livly, golden body with a diminishing whitehead. Aroma is spicy and slightly acid with a hint of esters. Flavor is sweet with some fruity acid, spices and mandarin. Refreshing, some bitterness in the finish, a bit thin body and short aftertaste.

May 5, 2007 Cloudy very pale body with white cover. The aroma is heavily spiced with corriander and orange, some bread dough in there as well. Flavor is spicey, lightly tart and moderately sweet, lots of corriander and citrus. Medium body with high carbonation.

Jul 3, 2006 Updated: Aug 10, 2006Pours a hazy gold into a tumbler with a creamy white micro head with nice staying power. Orange peel and coriander notes. Sweet and a little thick. Flavor is great, but the higher abv is not as much as a thirst quencher which is what I look for in a wit. That said, a nice beer, just not very representative of the style imho.

Apr 3, 2005 Thanks to Shadey for this one. Yeasty orange/citrus wheat. The sourness surprised me at first but I grew to like it. Well spiced with a tart finish. Nice.

May 18, 2008 On tap at Capone’s. Pour was murky yellow-orange with a dense white head . Thick lace. Strong coriander and citrus aroma. Tastes like orange and cilantro. A bit peppery and wheaty. Medium/full body. Average carbonation. Dry, slightly tart finish.
