12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy darkish straw color with a thin white head. Coriander and what take up most of the aroma. Medium-bodied. Taste is lightly fruit up front with some spice. The finish is dry and yeasty. A good tasting white. Very dry.

(10/25/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Southampton. Says 7.2% on the board. Cloudy pale yellow color. Aroma of wheat, citrus and some spicy notes. Sweet wheaty flavor with some orange, lemon notes and some coriander. A dry spicy finish with hints of alcohol. Medium-bodied. Nice.

Bottle. Pours a light gold with a nice white head that leaves pretty lacing on the glass. Aroma of spices, orange peel, anise, and Belgian yeast. Flavor of lots of spices, wheat, banana. Very refreshing and smooth. Good beer, very light for a "double strength" version.

April 2005. 750 ml corked and caged. This is the version prior to it being contract brewed. Very hazy cloudy yellow. Lots of citurs and banana. Bigger than a regular white. Deliciously smooth flavor. Very nice from Southampton. 7/4/8/3/17

June 2006 - 22oz bottle. It is my understanding that this is the contract brewed version. Clear yellow with nice bubbles. Mild aroma of spices, banana, cloves and a bit of alcohol. Not quite as good as I remember. 7/2/6/3/16

750 ml bottle. Hazy pale golden, white head. Malty banana and spice aroma, with a touch of citrus. Malty favor with some spicy banana and cve weiss beer like notes. Not bad and on the refreshing side, but not really my thing.

12oz bottle. Pours a perfectly cloudy light yellow golden with a thin fine white fizzy froth. Aroma is bready and floral, rose pedals, sweet. Flavor is very floral with sweet sugary cereal and a coriander finish. Cereal aftertaste. Medium bodied with a fuller mouthful yet still crisp, sticky syrupy feeling left after swallowing. Similar to Sam Adams Imperial Wit in that its quite floral and a bit syrupy.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy straw color with an average size white head. Light grainy malt aroma with hints of coriander. Initial flavor is of wheat followed by some spicyness that mellows out into a slight sweetness. Overall a refreshing witbier.
