Very enjoyable. Almost has a more hefeweizen like style. Difficult to categorize but easy to drink. Superbly made.

750 from jimmack. Pours a pale yellow color with a big white foamy head. Quite fizzy. Yeast and light spice, lemony scent. Taste is somewhat dry and unflavorful, light hints of yeast and pepper. Draught pint at redbones 7/1/06. Pours a hazy oraneg colro with a crisp white head. Nose is yeasty and lemony with some light spices. Palate is clean and crisp. Flavors are yeasty, lemony, light spiciness with a full body tough to it.

25.4 oz bottle. Cloudy tea colored. White head makes a brief appearance. Dusty apple, white grape and coriander. Lemon sugar cookies. Very fine carb with crisp edges. Medium wheaty dissolves into a pleasant citrus sourness. Clean finish leaves a little dough. Swirling in the dregs gives additional sour notes. By far the best wit i’ve had.

Yellow white in color, white head. Aroma of lemon and spice, light wheat. Also fairly yeasty. Mild tartness. Light to medium body works well with this beer. It’s ok. Thanks Shadey.

Cloudy yellow-white w/ generous, bright white head. Light, effervescent aroma of yeast, wheat, lemon, orange peel, & coriander. Light, grainy, spritzy feel. Flavour is yeasty & slightly tart w/ sweet, malty & spicy notes. Quite refreshing.
