750 from jimmack. Pours a pale yellow color with a big white foamy head. Quite fizzy. Yeast and light spice, lemony scent. Taste is somewhat dry and unflavorful, light hints of yeast and pepper. Draught pint at redbones 7/1/06. Pours a hazy oraneg colro with a crisp white head. Nose is yeasty and lemony with some light spices. Palate is clean and crisp. Flavors are yeasty, lemony, light spiciness with a full body tough to it.

22 oz bomber pours a dark orange with a fluffy white head. Aroma is very wit like, corriander, orange peel, citrus, yeasty and a little cheesy. Sweet orange citrus and sour flavors with that corriander and yeast spices in the back. Finishes tart and dry. The flavors are to sour almost infected, this quickly becomes too hard to drink, and basically too annoying to finish.

On Tap at the Belgian Room. Pours a dark straw gold with a thick white head. Wheat lemon, coriander aroma. Very smooth wheaty taste with a hint of lemon. Nice dry finish, tasty on a hot day in NYC.

Draught at RFD. Hazy gold with a small white head. Light aroma of some banana, orange, yeast, and grainy wheat. The flavor is like a sweet banana and orange creamsicle. Medium, creamy, almost fatty body. Enjoyable, but almost seems like a weizenbock more than a wit because the banana is so prominent.

Have had multiple times in bottles and draft. Lately on tap for happy hour. I feel this beer has changed over the past few years. More spice and sweetness now was more on the citrus side and more dry I feel. Pretty heavy on the spice, cloves and banana lately. Still pretty good.

Bottle, from New World Beer. Good nose, Sweet. Wheat, lemon, grass, spice, banana. Hazy golden yellow color, small head, though I poured slow and left sediment for second glass. Alot more in that one. Tart flavors, like aromas. Spice and lemon are prominate. Orange and a little soapy too. Medium body, smooth creamy mouthfeel, tart dry finish. Tasty beer, but not a style I get into usually.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Slight spicy aroma with hints of coriander and citrus peel. Taste is faintly spicy with hints of lemon, coriander, yeast and dough bread. A grassy finish. Not bad. A good warm day brew.

Hazy pale yellow with a modest, frothy white cap. Typical wit with more body- wheat, citrus, coriander, a little extra sweetness but still finishes on the drier side. Alcohol unnoticeable. Medium/full body, balanced carbonation- a little less than the average wit. Very nice brew.
