WCCII: Light cloudy blond beer with a medium head. Light toffee aroma. In the taste we have fruit and toffee. An interesting beer.

12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy pale straw with a bright, frothy, white head. The nose is of coriander, dusty wheat and citrus blending together in harmony. Light-bodied and thin with a soft, wheaty mouthfeel and a fairly clean finish. The flavor is very nice: a satisfying blend of citrus (lemon and orange), coriander and soft wheat. A fan of witbiers, I now have a locally available, tasty and quaffable American wit that weighs in at an IPA’s ABV. I am a happy camper, and I think I have found a new summer staple. Good stuff.

From a bottle poured a hazy golden color with a fair amount of head. Nice citrusy flavor and finish.

Crushed with Jakebra at Falling Rock. More hefe tendencies than wit it seems. Very yeasty and a bit sour. Surprised it’s rated so high. It’s tasty but not incredible.

The aroma is a light and spicey with hints of curacao and coriander with a bit of wheat. The pour is a clear golden with a creamy off white head. Light and refreshing on the palate with a citrusy background.

Pours out a very nice cloudy golden straw color with good carbonation. The head is small, thin and white. Taste is very smooth with some good spice and wheat and some notes of citrus. I liked this one!

Cloudy yellow/golden hue with a light white head. Aromas of wheat, light spice, honey and a light banana.Flavors of buttery lemon, a light sour bite and a fruit loopy finish. Very effervescent.
