| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | May 6, 2009 12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy pale straw with a bright, frothy, white head. The nose is of coriander, dusty wheat and citrus blending together in harmony. Light-bodied and thin with a soft, wheaty mouthfeel and a fairly clean finish. The flavor is very nice: a satisfying blend of citrus (lemon and orange), coriander and soft wheat. A fan of witbiers, I now have a locally available, tasty and quaffable American wit that weighs in at an IPA’s ABV. I am a happy camper, and I think I have found a new summer staple. Good stuff. jeremytoni (1116), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA
