this is overated. It was a fresh bottle, thanks to Shadey had at Radekfest 05, sample 21. Its sour! On the plus side is the yeasty aroma and cloudy white appearance. But this brewer should have the skill to control sourness. I don’t like over-the-top corriander.

Bottle (650ml). at Decemberfest 2006 - my bottle via trade with kmweaver. After a couple of disappointments, this was pretty decent. Poured pale cloudy yellow with a big lasting white head. Dry aroma, sharp peppery yeast, coriander and other soft dry spices, lemony over a decent candyish malt base. Taste follows right on from the nose, dry, even more lemon tartness with a solid dead-on spicy finish. The body is quite watery, moreso in the finish, but nicely astringent, if a tad flat - oveall smells great but is a little shy and retiring on the tongue - still darned good, though.

12 oz bottle. Hazy pastel yellow with a small white head. Zesty lemon and yeast aroma, notes of orange and sweet lemon. Flavour is a bit muted, but has more of the dry yeasty lemon character, moderate sweet malt. The light hop bitterness and the dry citrus provides a refreshing finish, but the alcohol is a bit too forward in the finish as well. Interesting! 8/3/7-8/3/15-17

This bottled brew sampled at Dicks Bodacious Bar-B-Que RB event poured a foamy head of white colored finely sized mostly lasting bubbles that left a body of very hazy orange brown color. The aroma was mild with spicy malty notes. The mouth feel was softly tingly and pretty much flat from start to finish. The flavor was mildly fruity and doughy.

Re-rate 14-02-2008 Bottle 33 cl. People who had ginger like aroma in their beer should stay the hell away from this beer. That said, I quit enjoyed this second time around and thought it was well balanced. Average fine foamed white head that mostly lasted. Clear sparkling orange color. Good display of lacework. Aroma was a heavy mix of ginger and coriander with some wheat, citrus, hint of floral and bitter orange notes. Also some citrus and strong notes of herbal mix. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light to moderated sweet and bitter flavor and a wonderful mix of sour notes. Dry light sour lingering herbal finish which makes your mouth water run….. he he. I quit like this beer. Bottle. [12/21/2007 Another great tasting session @ Papsoe] Average fizzy white head that was mostly diminishing. Spare lacework. Light cloudy yellow color. Aroma of heavy coriander, ginger and herbal. Notes of citrus, fruit, wheat and soap. Light to moderated bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of acidic. Light acidic soap finish. 5 / 3 / 5 / 3 / 12

Bottle. Pale yellow and effervescent. Nice fizzy mouthfeel. Light citrus and gristy wheatiness. Corriander clearly evident in the aroma. Bit of orange peel in the flavor, but understated. Quite good exemplar of the style.
