Dec 25, 2007 35 cl bottle. Unclear hazy yellow with a beauty egg white head that lasts. Aroma is fresh - orange peel & only light coriander & wheat. Smooth & soft palate. Taste is a bit more aggressive. A lot of coriander, some wheat & cough medicine feel. A bit too violent I think! But OK

May 21, 2008 (Bottled) Hazy golden with a small head. Witbier-saisony aroma with some sourness and honeyish pale malt. Flavor is something between Plevnan Panimosima, and Weihenstephaner Vitus. Honeyish malt, witbier spices, raisins. Medium-bodied, soft-carbonated. Funny, but quite enjoyable. Lacks complexity, though.

Coudy yellow, white head.
Citric aroma and fruity mellow citrus flavoring. Fairly lightbodied. Didn’t stand out in the extreme lineup of the summerparty, would love to try it again.

Jul 30, 2009 Bottle and draft. I had 4 imperial pints and then ate popcorn till i felt sick, i’ll never forget that time, still gives me the chills. A hazy orange golden body with a white head. Coriander, wheat, bubblegum and spices. Sweet but slightly grain y. Decent.

Apr 23, 2004 Hazy gold, fluffy white head and slight lacing. Citrus and some spice in the aroma, some yeast as well. Vanilla, orange peel, and some slight spice in the taste. Alcohol at the very end.

May 25, 2005 Updated: Sep 22, 20052005 bottle provided by and shared with Muzzlehatch, 5/20/2005. Perfect appearance in my book: huge white head, which lasts forever and provides for tons of lace. Intense, tiny bubbles, cloudy, goldenrod appearance. Aroma of coriander, lemon puffs, Belgian yeast, starfruit. Flavor is coriander bitterness, Belgian yeast, floral hops, lemons, sugar cookies with moderate acidity on the end. Juicy tangerine finish with a good dose of bubble gum esters. Fluffy, tingly unfiltered mouthfeel. A touch of wheat sourness on the end. Wow. I approached this and rated it as a witbier (a big witbier).
As an addendum, maybe it wasnt the 2005 bottle that I had. Whatever year it was, it wasnt the garbage Saratoga contract brewed crap. It was the real, corked stuff brewed by Phil.

Mar 16, 2008 (12 fl oz bottle, thanks to larsniclas!) On March 15, 2008. Shady yellow color, white head. Spicy, acidic, citrus, grassy, phenolic, malty scent. Acidic, yeasty, citrus taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.
