Aug 2, 2009 Pours a hazy, creamy, white with a medium whitie fluffy head. Aroma is fruity, citrusy, slightly spicey, and earthy. Drinks very light and crisp with notes of orange, corriander, banana, lemon, earthiness, grass, and Belgian yeast. A very solid white ale. Been seeing this on tap a lot around Orlando lately. A great beer for summer, very refreshing, do recommend!

Aug 27, 2009 Bottle: Pours a very light yellow with no head...nose is massive, loads of lemon rind, orange rind, coriander and some other unidentifiable spices. Medium bodied...quite silky on the mouth. Flavor is everything that was present in the nose with an emphasis on the coriander seed, it really comes through on the finish. Very good brew.

Aug 29, 2007 350 ml bottle mailorder from Vintage cellars. Cloudy yellow with a fizzy white head. Good orange and clove aroma. Strong banana and orange taste with a nice spiciness to the finish.

Jun 23, 2008 A- Pours a cloudy yellow color with a nice, frothy, white head.
S- Smell is spicy, perfumey, citrus fruits, a bit of tartness / funk towards the end and a lemonadesque sweetness.
T- Taste is very full, a blast of citrus fruits, spices, lemon with a tangy back end.
M- Thick for the style with ample carbonation. Maybe a bit to thick and sticky.
D- I haven’t had many witbiers but this is definitely the best I have consumed. Very drinkable, no off tastes. Quaffable for a summer evening.

Aug 19, 2008 Aroma is full of yeast esters, honey, lemon zest, and floral aromas. It’s appearance is a slightly pale cloudy color, with a nice full head. It’s flavor is excellent with nice full pale malts, honey, light citrus, and some yeasty notes. It’s exceptionally smooth, with a bit of hmmm!!!! The power is nice creating a nice dull delivery. It’s excellent.

Jun 3, 2009 Bottle poured a cloudy yellow/gold with disappearing head. Great lemon spice aroma and the taste was very citrusy. Somewhat dry mouthfeel. Refreshing, summer brew.
