Cloudy straw-yellow with a medium head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, wheat, cloves, lemony pepper and coriander. Flavor was lightly sweet and medium sour and bitter. Spices very prevalent in the taste. Light to medium body. True to the classic style, if a little heavier on the spice.

Pours a clear (filtered wit? what gives?) gold with a thin white head. Smells very spicy and bready, with strange, semi-sulfuric background. Tastes smooth and creamy, with strong wheat, spicy, banana, and sweet flavors. Long, dry, wonderful finish.

12oz Bottle thanks to kmweaver, thanks Ken! I like witbiers’ so I wanted to try an east coast higly rated beer. This one was great. Perfect for the hot chicago summer. Wish this one could be available here. Poured a cloudy yellow haze, some fluffy head. Smells of spices, citrus and malts. Taste is soothing and refreshing. Leaving lots of aftertaste of pure goodness.

12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy pale straw with a bright, frothy, white head. The nose is of coriander, dusty wheat and citrus blending together in harmony. Light-bodied and thin with a soft, wheaty mouthfeel and a fairly clean finish. The flavor is very nice: a satisfying blend of citrus (lemon and orange), coriander and soft wheat. A fan of witbiers, I now have a locally available, tasty and quaffable American wit that weighs in at an IPA’s ABV. I am a happy camper, and I think I have found a new summer staple. Good stuff.

12 oz bottle- excellent beer. Pours a hazy golden color with little foam. Aroma is spicy and fruity with citrus scents very prominent. Flavor was sweet and strong, and palate was smoother than expected. Pleasant aftertaste.

12oz. from Publix in Spring Hill, FL. Pours a nice honey color, thin white head. Medium lacing....lots of bubbling carbonation. Really great aroma...tons of fruits: grapes, grapefruit, orange. Alot of florals....A really sweet honey smell...Flavor is really nice; grapes, honey, yeast, a bit of sour citrus fruits. Starts medium bodied and finishes lighter. Weird mouthfeel...pretty smooth going down. This one really surprised me..."White" usually rases a red flag for me...but this one is really enjoyable. Great aroma, great flavor, great beer...Reminds me alot of DFH Midas Touch.
